Why people call

Four Reasons a Patio Goes Unused

None of them are the patio's fault. All four are fixed by the same piece of hardware.

The Patio Is Unusable by 4pm

A west-facing patio in a Dallas August bakes. Solar mesh blocks the direct load before it reaches the slab, so the space is usable in the part of the day you actually want it.

You Cannot See for the Glare

Low afternoon sun turns a covered patio into a squint. Screen mesh cuts the glare without blacking the space out, so you keep the daylight.

Mosquitoes Take Over at Dusk

The hour it finally cools down is the hour the bugs arrive. Insect mesh seals the opening edge to edge and gives that hour back.

There Is No Privacy

Close neighbours, a busy street, a pool in view of the sidewalk. Screens down turn an open patio into a room; screens up and the opening is exactly as it was.

Our Services

Screens for Every Opening on the House

Patios, porches, garages, pergolas and spans wide enough to need more than one bay.

Why Choose Us

Why Dallas Homeowners Choose Us

The product is invisible when it works. What separates one install from another is the measurement, the price you were told, and whether the crew that sold it is the crew that fits it.

Built to Your Opening

Every screen is made to the measurement we take at your house. Nothing is cut down from a stock size to fit approximately.

A Fixed Written Price

Mesh, housing colour, control method and the number, in writing at the visit. Nothing is ordered until you say yes.

We Install What We Sell

Our own crew fits it and tests it with you standing there, so you see it run before anyone leaves.

It Disappears

Retracted, the housing reads as part of the structure. The point of a motorized screen is that you cannot tell it is there.

FAQ

The Questions Everyone Asks

What does a motorized screen cost in Dallas?
It scales with the width of the opening, the mesh and how you want to control it, so an honest number needs a measurement. We give you a fixed written price at the visit rather than a range over the phone that moves later.
What happens in high wind?
Screens are designed to be retracted in storms, and that is the straight answer. They are shade and insect control, not storm shutters. We will tell you the wind rating of what we are quoting so you know where the limit is.
How wide an opening can you cover?
Wide spans are routine and are handled either as one large screen or as several bays. Which one is right depends on the span and the structure above it, and that is one of the things the measure visit settles.
Will it look bolted on?
The housing mounts across the head of the opening and the tracks run down the sides, colour matched to the house. Retracted, most people stop noticing it within a week.
Solar mesh or insect mesh?
Solar mesh blocks heat and glare and comes in several openness factors, which trade view for shade. Insect mesh keeps mosquitoes out. Many patios end up with solar on the west side and insect elsewhere, and some openings take clear vinyl for winter.
How long does installation take?
Most residential jobs are a single visit once the screens are built. The wait is the build, not the install, and we confirm the lead time before you commit.
Can I control it from my phone?
Remote, wall switch and phone control are all normal. If you already run a home automation system, tell us at the measure and we will quote a motor that talks to it.
Do you repair screens someone else installed?
Often, yes. Motors, remotes, tracks and fabric are the usual failures. If the original system is obsolete we will say so rather than sell you a repair that will not last.
